We can all benefit from having a coach to help us think through specific challenges or difficulties in our lives. Whether it involves transitioning into a new role in a company or department, or honing management or communication skills. We work with individuals to help them facilitate their own personal self improvement course of action.
An initial phase of our executive coaching services includes assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment tool, as well as the Leadership Effectiveness Assessment 360° (LEA) feedback tool and the Leadership Feedback System.
Our coaching process provides a structured methodology which will re-engage valued managers and increase overall leadership effectiveness. We believe that every member of the executive team is creative, resourceful and fully capable of achieving extraordinary success through this individualized coaching process.
